SHIPPING INFORMATION

  • At DecorBeats, we take great care in delivering your products to you, and we partner only with reputed national couriers. Shipping within India is FREE for all orders. 

  • Our courier partners (FEDEX, DHL, ShipRocket) will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday through Saturday: 9 am to 7 pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays.

  • We strive to exceed delivery expectations. But sometimes delivery times are subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.

  • Address change will be accepted only if an order has not been shipped. Address change is only possible if the new location is within the same state.

  • As soon as your package ships, we will email you your package tracking information.​​​​

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • At Decorbeats, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges.

  • We thank you already for understanding that most of our products are made by hand, small imperfections / differences in shape, size and colour can happen and are part of the charm of a handmade product.

  • This part of the handmade process is what makes our products unique and should not be seen as a fault. They will never affect the overall aesthetic of the product and its ability for use as intended.

  • We aim to process all returns within one (1) week. If you have any questions about your return, feel free to reach out to the decorbeats Care team at meghagoel@decorbeatss.com. 

  • All returns are subject to the discretion of decorbeats. But we're a friendly bunch :)
